Join Enrico for an evening filled with food, fun, baking and much more. The evening will begin with a dinner served family-style while Enrico is discussing the history of holiday bread. All participants will learn the proper ingredients to use, how to make and shape the dough and each will make their own holiday bread. At the end of the evening, you will leave more knowledgeable, with new friends and a delicious loaf of holiday bread. If all goes well, you might get to make another bread! We suggest wearing comfortable clothes and shoes.
