It’s the time of year when Enrico opens up his restaurant and kitchen to teach and discuss all about his holiday bread, panettone. He will treat you to a family style dinner while he discusses the history and stories behind panettone bread. Enrico will guide everyone as they make their bread. You will take home your bread hot out of the oven. If it makes it home, use it for toast or French toast.
